Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 24, 2026

Welcome to MedyClub. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline the scope of our medical guidance.

1. CRITICAL: NOT FOR EMERGENCIES

MedyClub is NOT an emergency medical service. If you or a family member are experiencing a life-threatening emergency (e.g., chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing), immediately call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital ER.

Our service is designed for non-emergency medical doubts, routine follow-ups, and primary care guidance.

2. Scope of Service

MedyClub provides access to a dedicated family doctor (Dr. Anjali Ramesh) via WhatsApp. The service includes:

  • Unlimited text/voice messaging guidance between 9 AM and 6 PM (Mon-Sat).
  • Up to 4 video consultations per month if deemed necessary by the doctor.
  • Review of medical reports and test results.
  • Prescriptions for routine/non-restricted medications where legally permissible.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • MedyClub is a subscription-based service (₹599/month).
  • Your subscription covers you and your immediate family members living in the same household.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled via your dashboard.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months already used.

4. Patient Responsibility

To ensure safe medical guidance, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.
  • Disclose all current medications and known allergies.
  • Follow the doctor's advice regarding physical examinations or hospital visits if the doctor determines your condition requires in-person care.

5. Termination

MedyClub reserves the right to terminate your subscription if the service is misused, including but not limited to: abusive behavior towards the doctor, sharing the service with non-family members, or attempting to obtain restricted substances.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Dr. Anjali Ramesh provides professional medical advice based on her expertise, the limitations of virtual care apply. MedyClub and its doctors are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user, or for the failure of the user to seek emergency care when advised.
